1. Warm 1/3 cup cream in a saucepan over low heat until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat. Break chocolate into pieces and stir into warm cream. Allow to melt, about 3 minutes. Stir until smooth; let cool.
2. Meanwhile place crackers, in a single layer, on a tray or platter.
3. Spread each cracker with about 2 teaspoons dulce de leche.
4. Add a slice of banana to each cracker.
5. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
6. Top with chopped peanuts. Enjoy.
