Although information on sports nutrition is plentiful, it is also often unclear and a source of confusion. Athletes are unique. They spend enormous amounts of time practicing, conditioning and drilling. Frequently, they overlook nutrition. Athletes need an eating strategy to support their training, assure proper hydration, reduce recovery time and keep them healthy. My goal is to provide athletes with factual, practical, and evidence-based sport nutrition strategies to optimize their overall health and performance.
