  1. I love pho. We actually drove up to Montreal (2 hours north of here) this past weekend for shopping and pho for lunch. It is the nearest place to get good pho. Now I’ll be able to try it at home too. I love that you made it with everyday ingredients too.

  2. Love Pho and your version looks so simple yet elegant and oh so yummy. My fave restaurant in college was a little Vietnamese place called Pho Pasteur. My girlfriends and I would go there at least twice a week to get the pho and fresh spring rolls. The best. Can’t wait to try your version!

  3. I absolutely love pho, especially on a cold, dreary day like we have today. I’ve never tried it at home though I usually have most of the ingredients. This looks like a great recipe to try!
