1. That stuffing sounds amazing! What an intoxicating array of flavors from the wine and olives and eggplant and herbs and spices! As much as I love calzones, I’d be tempted to grab a spoon and lean over that slow-cooker and eat away!

  2. I have been making ratatouille at LEAST once a week all summer, but I have never thought to make a “hot pocket” with it. I’m fairly certain my pizza-loving spousal equivalent would be mighty excited if I told him this is what we were having for dinner. 🙂
