  4. I had no idea that lamb has 5 times the amount of omega 3 than the same portion of beef.

    • This would be a great one to start with, Jessica, because it’s so easy. I put in in the slow-cooker before I went to bed and woke up to this amazing dish. Can’t get much more simple. Hope you’ll give it a try!

    • Realia, Please note that according to the USDA lamb has more omega 3s than beef and some fish, such as tilapia, but not more than fatty fish like salmon.
